Justin Mailhes, CFP^® CKA^®

Justin joined Argent in 2011 while completing his bachelor’s degree from ULM. He graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a concentration in Finance. Justin is also an active member of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors and Young Professionals. He was a 2017 graduate of Argent Leadership Academy and a 2018 graduate of Leadership Ouachita. He was recognized in 2018 as a Northeast Louisiana Top 20 Under 40 Young Professional. He is also an active member of the Salvation Army of NELA Board of Directors and a member and VP of Finance for the ULM Alumni Board of Directors.

In 2025, Justin was accepted as a Certified Kingdom Advisor. CKAs emphasize biblical stewardship, offering financial planning, investing, and retirement advice, with the added perspective of integrating faith-based values into their recommendations.

Justin and his wife Kayleigh are members of First Methodist Church of Monroe and have two chilren, James and Wray Marie. In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and watching football.
